Will Drake provided an excellent level of client service. . Will was instrumental in helping us consider all the factors of living in different neighborhoods in Palm Springs. He does his homework behind the scenes, visiting houses and doing research on his time, not his client's time. As a result, when he got together with us, our time was well spent, and was focused on houses that met our criteria. He researched comparable houses in our area and worked tirelessly over several weekends, showing us numerous houses. He gave us his undivided attention , and drove us around to as many houses as we had time or energy to see. He was sensitive to our needs, and developed a solid understanding of the types of houses we wanted. He was resourceful as well, not simply limiting his scope to houses on the MLS. He relied on his professional contacts to ferret out additional properties that were either in a contingency (like ours) or were about to come on the market. His advice on a mortgage lender proved to be invaluable. During the entire house hunting experience and during escrow, he kept in constant communication with us.
